Tambobong Beach, Dasol, Pangasinan

This located in the Dasol,Pangasinan. The 18 kms distance from the town proper will take about 45 minutes to an hour of rough yet scenic drive. A white sand beach with water that teems with marine life. A favorite site of anglers and scuba divers.

This is a wonderful beach soon to be touched by tourists. The magnificent beauty of this exquisite virgin beach.
Tambobong has a beautiful extensive cream sand beach; great for strolling on. The sand is quite fine but not powder fine and some portions in the water are sandy--good for swimming. The water is crystal clear, very inviting!

Good place for snorkling, scuba & skin diving and deep sea fishing as well. Good place for off-road driving also due rugged terrain heading to this place... Enjoy

To Gel,

Actually there's no rates available at this time. If you really want to go to Tambobong there are Tourism accredited houses that you can stay.

hi!!! weve been at culebra island last holy wednesday till good friday and i was very hapi to visit and for the first tym i considered myself as a survivor... heheh.. ganda ng island!!! perfect for snorkling and sand bathing... ang ganda!!!

Just visited Dasol, Pangasinan last holy week, the beach front is clean and the water is crystal clear. If you want to go to Tambobong Beach, it is better to take the road from Burgos instead of the rough terrain of Dasol. You can ask the locals of Burgos to lead you to the road going to Tambobong Beach. We stayed for 2 nights at Culibra Island, we all had a great time enjoying the island. If you want to stay overnight you must be fully equiped with all the food/water supplies that you need. You can leave your car at Osmena or Tambobong.

The photo you are using in your blog is not from Tombobong. It is a picture of the beach at Dos Hermanos Island that I took in 2003. If you want some photos of Tombobong Beach for your blog, just ask and I'll send you some. It would be nice if Tombobong's beaches were this beautiful.

Hi, i'm a pangasinanse living in San Diego CA, My children and their boyfriends are avid surfers. They'd been to fiji, bali, thailand, costa rica and mexico in search of monstrous waves. My youngest got it from some surfing pros in Sta Barbara CA that there big, really big waves somewhere bordering Zambales and Pangasinan. Some pros from San Diego are interested in checking out the place. Can you e-mail at timber10495@yahoo.com and tell me more about the beaches there. Opportunities might open up for your resort to become internationally known, at least to the surfers. thnks

Was in Tambobong Beach over the weekend. The beach was still very calm, good for swimming and snorkeling. The water was very clear. You can see the bottom of the sea even at depths of 8 meters. Sadly they were devastated by the last typhoon which left the whole area without electric power.

The uninhabited Island of Culibra is still a sight to behold. I just wish that the people who go there wouldn't leave their trash. If you love the outdoors and you like to comune with nature, then this place is for you.

A motorized fishing banca can take you to the island for a fee. You'll pass Crocodile Island but the waters are choppy and those little boats cannot take the pounding.
